In a brand new, state-of-the-art government board room with a capacity of 20 people, ABAS Integrated Systems carried out the study, supply and installation of an integrated Audio, Video & Smart Automation system for holding both local and hybrid meetings. The board room consists of:
- 18 Retractable Motorized Monitors ALB15HDMR. The monitors provide an excellent minimalistic design, impressive appearance and are made of powder coated steel. There is one retractable monitor for each participant, and these motorized screens are completely hidden inside the large wooden when not in use, thus keeping a clean surface. The Smart variable speed system makes the monitor to appear smoothly from the desk, reaching a faster cruise speed when rising to finally slow down again to adjust perfectly to the ergonomic 20º tilt work position. The passive cover plate opens elegantly being pushed by the monitor itself with a soft and accurate movement. An internationally patented lift and tilt system allows the use of only one engine for both movements, thus reducing noise and maintenance.
- State-of-the-art Video Conference system, with Crestron USA devices and a professional 4K 85″ monitor.
- CRESTRON Automation Enterprise System for controlling all audio and video systems from an iPad or from the wall-mounted touchscreen controls.
